Iliff School of Theology is a private graduate Methodist theological school in Denver, Colorado. Founded in 1892, the school’s campus is adjacent to the University of Denver.
Iliff is one of thirteen United Methodist Church seminaries in the United States. It also has close connections with the United Church of Christ, the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, the Unitarian Universalist Association, the Episcopal Church, the Presbyterian Church USA, the Metropolitan Community Church, and others.

Description: This presentation was made at The 1981 Iliff Week of Lectures. First, Bishop Calvin McConnell, on behalf of the Alumni Association, announces the creation of the "Harvey Potthoff Chair in Christian Theology" at Iliff. Then Dr. Charles Milligan presents a special issue of The Iliff Review in honor of Dr. Potthoff. At 22:46, Potthoff begins his forward-thinking, postive, and rather progressive presentation. Dr. Harvey Henry Potthoff (1911–2002) was an influential United Methodist minister, professor, and prominent process theologian. He dedicated his life to integrating the process philosophy of Alfred North Whitehead into Christian thought, significantly shaping the spiritual and intellectual development of multiple generations of students and clergy.
